The A2900 valve produced "exclusively" by the British GEC or G&C is a double TRIODE, so called, SUPER-TUBE! Yes, it is actually an exceptional valve designed and addressed to military use or in any case for high quality and precision equipment, especially where the "stability" and "balance" of the two triodes was very important. A2900 is the exclusive name of G&C, genuine made in England, it has a unique structure with plates about 16 cm long Graphite with hammered effect , striped at the ends, TRIPLE mica on top where a large support for ring getters rests; overall very robust and, basically, very low microphonics and noise . Initially RARE, to the attention of a short time, its many qualities have not been long in being observed. Same electrical characteristics as the well-known ECC81 / 12AT7 obviously comparable to the top of this series: ECC801S Telefunken. NEW valve, perfect logo, original box, 100% emission and balance.
EQUIVALENT: 12AT7 = E81CC = ECC801S = CV6091 = 6201 = 6060 = 6679 = 7492 = CV4024 = CV455 = M8162 = CV6091 = 12AT7WA = CV2016 = B152 = B309 = E2157 = CV3508
