GORGEOUS "super OLD" L409 ZENITH direct heating (DHT) triode pair, perfect for DIY project preamps or as low power amps, totally new!

Description

Splendid COUPLE Triodo L409 produced by ZENTH Italia (Monza plant) in the early 30s mainly for military supplies (radio tax exemption) but also for civilian radio equipment. This version is basically identical to the L408, slightly improved. The L409 is a horizontal square plate triode with V filament. Perfect tube for DIY projects using it in preamp for wonderful final triodes such as EBIII, AD1, RS241, RE604 etc. Historic valve, totally new fascinating, original boxes, NOT to be missed!
